RETURNS
Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail within 14 days of the delivery date with the exception of custom orders. Items that are made-to-order are final sale and non-returnable. Returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. All returns require a Return Authorization. Please contact us by e-mail at info@bandanalove.com to get a Return Authorization. Please include your invoice number. Returns without a receipt and Return Authorization cannot be processed. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, please note that the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund upon return. Additionally, if we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of that label may also be deducted from your refund total.
RETURNS BY MAIL
Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process. Refunds will be given within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise, provided the merchandise is in its original condition. Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.
Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original packaging, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package. Please enclose a copy of the original shipping receipt. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted. Packages are to be shipped through a traceable shipping method. Retain the return tracking number for your records. For faster processing please e-mail the tracking number to info@bandanalove.com. Return address or a return label will be provided upon return authorization.
EXCHANGES BY MAIL
To expedite your exchange, please email us at info@bandanalove.com. After receiving an Exchange Authorization, follow the instructions for returning your item by mail. Once your original merchandise has been received, we will process the exchange and ship out your new order. Under certain circumstances shipping charges may apply.
WRONG ITEM, COLOR, SIZE
If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us immediately via email at info@bandanalove.com. Include your invoice number and a detailed description of the differences between the item you ordered and the item you received.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All import costs, tariffs or customs duties on merchandise purchased are the sole responsibility of, and must be paid by, the customer. BandanaLove cannot provide information or estimates on these costs.
RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT A SHOW OR EVENT BOOTH
Items purchased from a BandanaLove booth during a show or event are usually considered Final Sale; however, Even Exchanges will be considered on an individual basis. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition.
Please contact us at info@bandanalovel.com to discuss eligibility for an Even Exchange of your item. If an Even Exchange is approved, customer must pay all shipping charges on items exchanged by mail. After receiving an Exchange Authorization, follow the directions for returning your item by mail.
